Please submit details about your STEM Outreach Event to request USASEF Volunteer Outreach support. Each event will have 1 USASEF Volunteer dedicated solely to promoting the Festival through handing out Festival materials, collecting new volunteer information, and providing text to announce the Festival. ALL USASEF Volunteers will wear USASEF T-shirts throughout the STEM Event. STEM Events are permitted to use Festival Logo upon approval as a STEM Event in the DC Metro Area.
Note: Registering for this service does not guarantee Volunteer participation. Adequate supervision of youth volunteers is required. STEM organization is required to cover insurance for Volunteers serving at event. Background checks are not performed on volunteers. STEM organization covers all responsibility for Volunteer participation in event.
