Some exciting news – the Nifty Fifty program is returning as part of the 3rd USA Science & Engineering Festival! What's more, the program is tripled in size this time, allowing more schools to take advantage of stimulating and motivational presentations by this elite group of scientists, engineers and innovators during the 2013/2014 school year.

From space explorers, storm chasers and atom-smashing physicists to groundbreaking roboticists, science entrepreneurs and young innovators below the age of 30, the Festival's Nifty Fifty (times 3) represents 150 of the nation's leading professionals in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). Through exciting hands-on interaction with students, these speakers are ready to give unforgettable insight into their work, how they chose their profession, the challenges they faced,opportunities available in the hot fields of tomorrow in STEM, and how to prepare.

Nifty Fifty presentations are not only highly informative and motivational, but add excitement and momentum to Festival activities leading up to the event's massive finale Expo celebration set for the weekend of April 26-27, 2014 in Washington, DC.
