X-STEM School Registration Open:
Interested in making a real impact on STEM motivation? Sign up your students today in our X-STEM School Program and help us spread the word about the USA Science & Engineering Festival and re-invigorate the interest of STEM in our nation's youth! As an X-STEM School, you and your students and educators would join a growing list of more than 80 other certified X-STEM Schools in seven states across the country in this effort. We are looking to increase that total even further this summer, so join us today!
The X-STEM School program is designed to promote STEM student leaders in schools and communities, and participation definitely has key benefits for such students. For instance: Each student-led X-STEM Ambassador team at your school will receive recognition on a dedicated X-STEM School website, tickets to the X-STEM Symposium at the Festival, and additional resources provided to the teams by the Festival. X-STEM Schools get priority registration for the Nifty Fifty program, and can register for a booth at the Festival for a reduced rate.
Don't delay! Sign up today, and join such schools as: Anacostia Senior High School, Washington, DC; Bay Brook Elementary & Middle School, Baltimore, Maryland; Capital Baptist Homeschool Co-op "Mobius Band", Annandale, Virginia; Pace Academy, Atlanta, Georgia, and Culver Academies "Exploring Eagles", Culver, Indiana. Check out the fun activities these and other X-STEM Schools have planned on their web pages.
We currently have almost 250 registered schools who are in the process of certifying. A Certified X-STEM School has a Festival webpage and is listed on our website. Click here to see certified schools.
To register your school, use this form to tell us about your program. Once school returns, you can collect your picture and mission statement to become certified!
