Talk about success: Did you know that more than 1,000 STEM organizations from across the nation served as Exhibitors at the USA Science & Engineering Festival Expo in 2014, attracting USASEF Exhibitor between 10,000 and 12,000 to their booths during the 3-day event? These numbers once again illustrate the vital role our Exhibitors play in the Festival's mission to present exciting hands-on experiences in science to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers.

Help us repeat this successful tradition as we begin signing up new and returning Exhibitors for the 4th Festival Expo set for April 16-17, 2016 in Washington, D.C. The Festival Expo is known as the largest celebration of STEM in the country, and the 2016 event is expected to our biggest "Super Bowl of STEM" gathering ever, giving Exhibitors an excellent opportunity to showcase their institutions to more than 325,000 visitors from around the world!

So, act NOW to take advantage of our "early bird" Exhibitor rates for 2016 which guarantees your exhibit booth at a special discount, an offer currently open to the first 200 organizations that register for, and purchase their exhibit booth space. (Note: A 50% deposit of the total amount due must be received by December 31, 2014 to receive this special.)

The Early Bird booth discounted rate for non-profit organizations is $750 (compared to the regular rate of $1,000 for non-profits), and $1,250 for profit companies (compared to $1,500 for the normal rate for such companies).
