Vol. 4, No. 7

Hurry! Time is running out to submit for the Disney's Create Tomorrowland – XPRIZE Challenge. All submissions are due by May 17. We want kids, 8-17, to imagine themselves in the future and report back to the present through a video, an image, or a story about one new and amazing invention or innovation they encounter, how it works, and the impact it has on the future.

Once again, the Festival's X-STEM Symposium, sponsored by MedImmune, showed why it has become the nation's must-attend event to engage students with some of the most inspiring minds in STEM! X-STEM 2015 wowed young learners and teachers alike with its dynamic, interactive speakers and workshops. Discover what students are saying about this year's event!

Thank you to our newest sponsors!

Thank you to the many volunteers for their time and effort at the 2nd X-STEM Symposium on April 28, 2015! Volunteers assisted with registration, collected photos, helped in the workshops, acted as stage and room mangers, passed out trading cards and much more! Without the help of our wonderful volunteers, our events would not be such a great success. Thank you! Read more about the next volunteer meeting.

Exhibitors play a crucial role in the Festival's mission to inspire students in STEM through dynamic, hands-on learning experiences. Join us in making a difference by signing up today as an Exhibitor for Festival Expo 2016, set for next April in DC. Your participation not only has direct advantages for your organization, but will help inspire the next generation of innovators!
