Be at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. next April 15-17 when scientists, engineers, STEM companies, organizations, universities and colleges representing the hottest STEM frontiers today give students exciting insight into these careers. So click here for more details, and mark your calendar now!

Hugely popular at last year's Festival Expo, the STEM Career Pavilion returns in 2016 with an even more fascinating, hands-on agenda designed to give students the chance to explore such cutting-edge careers as renewable energy, robotics, space tourism, nanotechnology, virtual reality, biotech entrepreneurial startups, skilled trades, clean technology, genetics, education, and many other exciting fields -- including the training required, salary and earning potential, and other personal rewards.

Note: If you are a STEM professional or represent an organization or higher education institution in such careers, please join us as a Pavilion presenter to help make a difference in informing and inspiring the next generation of STEM innovators! Four different kinds of activities will take place in the Pavilion:

1. College Fair – Students meet representatives from some of the leading colleges and universities focused on STEM.

2. STEM Programs Exposition – Opportunity for visitors to find out about internships, mentorships, scholarships and after-school programs.

3. Job Fair – Gives students and others the chance to meet some of the companies now recruiting for STEM-related professionals.

4. Meet the Scientists & Engineers – Allows students to personally meet real-life role models in STEM.
