The ‘Nifty Fifty’, a program of Science Spark, are a group of noted professionals who will fan out across the Washington, DC area during the 2013/2014 school year to speak about their work and careers at various middle and high schools.
Our 'Lunch with a Laureate' Program, a program of Science Spark, is a rare opportunity for a small group of middle and high school students to engage in an informal conversation with a Nobel Prize winning Scientist over a brown bag lunch.
X-STEM - presented by Northrop Grumman Foundation - is a special “Extreme” symposium for elementary through high school students featuring interactive presentations by an exclusive group of visionaries who aim to empower and inspire kids about careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. These STEM role models and industry leaders are sure to ignite your students’ curiosity through storytelling and live demonstrations. X-STEM is a program of Science Spark.
Roles Models in Science & Engineering Achievement is an online resource to learn about some of the most inspiring role models in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. The scientists and engineers selected for this series have been chosen because they are true heroes and super stars, the epitome of innovation, technological advancement and persistence. These influential scientists and engineers serve as great examples for the next generation seeking a career in STEM.
