X-STEM - presented by MedImmune - is an Extreme STEM symposium for middle through high school students featuring interactive presentations and workshops by an exclusive group of visionaries who aim to empower and inspire kids about careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). These top STEM role models and industry leaders are sure to ignite your students’ curiosity through storytelling and live demonstrations.
This all day event will feature multiple presentation sessions covering a wide array of subject areas including space exploration, paleontology, bio-inspired robotics, marine biology, alternative biofuels, eco-friendly vehicle innovation and much, much more! Student attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on multiple engaging presentations, live demonstrations and hands-on workshops.

Who Should attend:
Students with a strong interest in STEM, educators and parents. Talks and workshops will be geared toward a middle and high school level audience (grades 6 to 12). STEM professionals are welcome to attend the student talks by registering to attend.
How to Attend:
Registration for the 2016 X-STEM will open in early 2016. The cost to attend is $20 per attendee. Sign up on the Interest List below to be notified when registration opens.
Advance registration is required. There will be no onsite registration.
X-STEM tickets are non-refundable. The USA Science & Engineering Festival reserves the right to revise the X-STEM event agenda and list of participating speakers. Attendees will have the opportunity to register for seats at specific talks and we will do our best to accommodate those requests. In the event that a speaker becomes unable to participate, attendees registered for that speaker will be reassigned to an alternate talk.
