Special thanks to Booz Allen Hamilton for hosting the STEM Career Luncheon during the 2017 X-STEM Symposium – an effort to give students a real life look at the careers of STEM professionals. Due to limited capacity, this luncheon is by invitation only.

Special note about X-STEM Workshops: We are unable to offer hands-on workshops at X-STEM 2017 due to logistical reasons. We will endeavor to bring our popular workshops back in 2018. We hope you enjoy the inspiring line-up of STEM role models who will be speaking at the X-STEM 2017 conference!

Here's what others have to say about X-STEM:

"Allowing students to see real scientists talk about their work in person and ask questions is an experience that really can't be surpassed. It let my students really envision what sort of STEM careers are out there and got them interested in topics they knew very little about." - 2016 X-STEM Attendee

“From now on when I think of STEM, I will think big and always remember that I can do whatever I want as long as a put forth my best effort." - 2016 X-STEM Attendee

"This was an unbelievable experience. I am so thankful that some of the best and brightest leaders in the STEM field took time to share their passion and knowledge with kids. It was energizing and inspiring -- an unequal opportunity." - 2016 X-STEM Attendee

This is a great way to inspire your youngsters to take up STEM careers!” - 2015 X-STEM Attendee

“.... It was very exciting as an adult to watch such a large group of children so engaged and excited about STEM and education as a whole.” - 2015 X-STEM Attendee

Going to X-STEM is better than going to school. It is more memorable and more moving for students to see science come alive! All the speakers were so impressive as not only were they leaders in their fields, but they were cheerleaders for all different ways to get involved in STEM, no matter what your passion.” - 2015 X-STEM Attendee
